Tournament Schedule

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

Teams will practice  times a week.

COVID UPDATE:

As things begin moving back to normal, so will Champion Volleyball.  We will update the requirements relating to COVID, as we approach the tryout period

INSURANCE POLICY /REFUND POLICY 

We are partnering with USSCI to provide you with some options for protection of your fees for the year.

Works much like an insurance program.  

See the flyer for more details.  This is optional, but really the only way to secure your fees in case of injury, loss of family job, etc.

There is also an additional program available through Sports Engine.

Champion will not be issuing any refunds due to cancellations/injuries/withdraws/etc. - this should all be processed through the insurance options

CHAMPION WEBSITE AND SPORTS ENGINE:  

This is a major method of communication for the club.  All teams will have their own website within the Champion Website.  

Practice Schedules, tournaments, clinics, events, etc. will all be posted here.

Be sure to download the Sports Engine App to your phone.  This will be the easiest way for coaches to communicate with the team.  It will also show all upcoming practices, tournaments, etc.

ADDITIONAL TOURNAMENTS (MINIMUM 8 PLAYERS)

Teams may choose to compete in add on tournaments.  See the extra tournament sheet on our website for options.  These fees are per player and are additional to club fees.  The options can be found at the bottom of this page

UNIFORMS:  

We will be using the same jerseys as last season.  Be sure to check in at the front desk to make sure everything is set to order your uniforms

You will receive an email from 437sports - who will be producing our uniform packages for the season

There is a link on the website, where you can order from the team store.

REGISTRATION:

You must do both of these pieces prior to the first practice in order to participate in practices or tournaments.

TEAM PARENT:

A team parent is needed to organize team meals, activities, tournament snack bags, etc.
 

OFFICIATING CLINIC:  

All players are required to complete the online officiating clinic provided by USAV and the Carolina Region.  This must be done before the first tournament.

FRIDAY NIGHT POSITION CLINICS

Each Friday during the season we will be hosting Positional Clinics - open to all players.

You will sign up for these online.    Link will be posted here at the beginning of the season

Once a player accepts a position on a team, they are responsible for payment for the entire season.  No refunds are given for players who do not finish any part of the season.

If a team would like to add an additional tournament they can at an additional per player fee. 

A team must have 8 players committed to participate and paid before the tournament would be booked.

Players should make out checks to Champion Volleyball for the required amount of the additional tournaments.
