Speed and Agility Clinics

(limited spots)

A successful volleyball player has the ability to react quickly and efficiently on the court and possesses the strength necessary to not only produce power, speed and control on the court but also to aid in injury prevention. Champion is excited to offer a Speed and Agility clinic this summer for all levels. Sessions will include speed and agility training with components of strength training to help the athlete maximize their athletic performance. Exercises will be taught in a group setting and will be tailored to the individual skill and fitness level of each athlete.

The Champion Speed and Agility Clinic will be designed by Susan Largent who has been a NASM CPT as well as certified with the NASM Performance Enhancement Specialists (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialists (CES) credentials. Susan has over 20 years of coaching experience at the middle school, high school and college level and currently is on the coaching staff at Reagan High School as well as a court coach for Champion.   Susan, along with other Champion Coaching Staff will lead the clinics.

Often times athletes will focus on skill development and neglect one of the most important parts of the game, the speed, agility and power needed to succeed. Join us this summer and take your game to the next level.

Time: 7-8pm

Cost: $50 per session.
